New generators added

Hello there! 

Today I added a fer tables and generators, some of them fairly common, but some I didn't see anywhere else and I think they can help bring interesting twists to our games. 

First, there is a series of tables to generate a Dark Lord or Dark Lady. It is a common trope in RPGs, but by giving them a motivation (other then "I want to rule the world"), quirks and some details we can really help bringing them to life. Maybe even have players sympathise with them - at least to a certain degree.

Then I added a disease generator. Epidemics large and small changed the fate of empires, but illness can certainly be scaled down to a city-wide or just personal tragedy. It also helps remind characters how fragile they can be.

Weather and criminar generators are fairly straightforward. You use them when current weather plays a role in the game, or you need an NPC that is definitely not living an honest life. Still, they can prove useful.

And last but not least, I created a Conspiracy Theory Generator. I wrote a few paragraphs into the file itself so I won't repeat it here, suffice to say that random misunderstandings can create interesting situations that will enrich our games.
